Golf Course Safety & Information

Important information for all Golfers:

Your safety is paramount. Each golfer must exercise personal judgment during adverse weather conditions and assumes full responsibility for their own safety.

Lightning:
Your safety is the prioroty - in the event of lightning, golfers are strongly advised to stop playing immediately and leave the course.  The Club does not operate a klaxon, so please do not wait for one.

Public Footpaths:

There are several footpaths that run throughtout the course - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 8th, 9th and 18th.  Golfers must give priority to walkers on the the paths.

Fog Policy:

If the orange fog pole on the 1st and the fairway bunker on the 11th are not visible from the repsective tees, the course is deemed closed.  Once the fog has lifted sufficiently, the course will re-open.

On course:

There are many hazards on every golf course and what we have done is try to highlight the main ones.  Please click here to view.
