Gerrards Cross Golf Club is recognised as a stunning venue for private functions, with a reputation for the highest quality service.
The stylishly refurbished Function room can cater for up to 120 guests.
The Burrows Bar or the Centenary Room are ideal for more intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests.
Our renowned catering team is led by Chris Tarry, Head Chef. Chris and his team draw on their wealth of experience to turn their culinary hand to create bespoke menus to add that extra personal touch to your event.
Any special dietary request can be accommodated given sufficient notice. Menus are changed on a regular basis to make use of the best seasonal produce available, sustainably sourced from local suppliers.
Our dedicated team of staff are here to assist you in the planning and running of your event to help make your visions a reality.

On Sunday, Jacqui and I had our 50th wedding anniversary which we celebrated with a party at the club.
We wanted to let you know how well it all went. Martin was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, as were Sarah and all the team. Nothing was too much trouble. We had about 90 people at the party but there was hardly anything for us to do other than to invite them. And then to just turn up on the night!
And since, we have lost count of the number of compliments we have received about the food, the room, and your staff.

Gerrards Cross Bowling Club Dinner January 2025
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the smooth running of the party for my husband on Saturday in the Centenary Room.
The meal was just delicious and perfect for everyone. The family has been very complimentary about the food and the manner in which your staff seemed to glide around almost invisibly as they went about looking after us during lunch.
We all enjoyed the occasion very much thanks to your management and organisation and hope that we can revisit Gerrards Cross Golf Club.
